Brunching With a Tweet of Bloggers

Heya,

We do remember, when I went to Melbourne a little while back? Pay attention, there may just be a pop quiz later.

Anyway. While I was there, I was lucky enough to attend the Blogger's Brunch- an awesome brunch, sponsored by Weight Watchers, complete with motivational speakers, good coffee, delicious food and....

A whole Tweet of bloggers. (Yep, that's the new collective noun, I have decided).

I got to check out and pick up some very cool samples and products from some awesome companies- Blackmores gave me vitamins (including the much needed Women's De-Stress Pills), Garnier gave me moisturising cream and their caffeinated, tinted eye roll on- product of the century.

Million Dollar Woman filled me in on there product- stay at home mums, head over to their site to find out how much you are worth- and Homedics sent me home with a shoulder massager.

Most of these goodies have been passed on as extras to random winners of the Big ThankYou GiveAway... if you did win, look out for surprises in your prizes, which are going out in the next week.

Higlight of the day was, for me, motivational speaker Ms Money. The woman is a financial planner witha thing for expensive shoes. This works, yes?

And lowlight of the day waaaaaas... turning up late. As usual. And missing the introduction for the motivaional speakers. And thinking that Melinda Gainsford- Tayler.....

....was actually Tina Gray.

We can totally see the resembalance, yes? Yes.

And giving her that "Hi, we know each other" smile when she was on stage. And getting na-da back. And wondering what the hell was going on. And then feeling like a dick when I realised my mistake.

Duh, Lori.

Whatever. Super fun time had by all. And a huge thanks to Weight Watchers for granting a wish for me.... $500 worth of petrol, to help with the constant travel back and forth from the suburbs. That balancing act to keep myself sane.

Photos thanks to the luciously vain Danimezza.
